Plymouth Letting Agency is a family-run business established in 1995 by Mike Clarke who has over 30 years of experience in property, initially starting as an estate agent before moving to property management.
He strongly believes that personal service is the most crucial element in successful property management. Therefore he makes sure he is always available, for landlords and tenants alike.
Mike's eldest son Matthew is in charge of all maintenance matters. Matthew has been providing landlords with high-quality maintenance results for over 15 years.
Jack has been with the company for 4 years and, having completed his apprenticeship, is now a very competent and personable administration assistant, who is always working hard to ensure that our clients are satisfied with the service they receive.
Rachel has been with the company for nearly 4 years. Being a highly experienced bookkeeper, she is our financial controller who oversees all matters of a financial nature ensuring that they are being handled with extreme care and efficiency.
Inga, a graduate from Plymouth University, has been with the company for 2 years. She is multi-lingual and able to speak Lithuanian, Polish, Russian, and English fluently. She is a great asset to the company as Plymouth has fast become a very multi-cultural city with many Eastern Europeans choosing Plymouth as their new home.
